21mm Inner rim width:
The discussion about the optimal rim width for different angles of attack and driving speeds is still ongoing. However, it is clear that many cyclists prefer a wider inner rim width to accommodate wider tires. Our 21mm internal width rim provides improved aerodynamic performance when used with a 25mm wide tire and outperforms our previous model, the AERO 40/50 Disc, due to its smoother transition from tire to rim. This width is ideal for 25mm or 28mm tires, but can accommodate tires up to 32mm.
