Order Change or Cancellation

Customers can request a refund or change order information, before the item is shipped .

Purchases may not be changed or canceled without ICAN's approval. If approved, 10% of the purchase value (minimum 50 EUR) may be charged to cover stock replenishment and operating costs. If the order is refunded due to customer reasons, the customer must pay a certain processing fee if produced.

A cancellation after shipping the product will be treated as a “return” with all applicable fees. Please see our product return policy.

Claims for damage or loss of package

Please check the package carefully before signing for it.

(1) If there is no damage, sign the product. If there is any damage, report this on the delivery note or alternatively refuse the shipment and it will be returned to ICAN Cycling. If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please provide ICAN Cycling with this number for tracking purposes. The return will be arranged within 10 working days of receipt of the return.

(2) If the items are damaged but accepted and not reported, there will be no claim against the delivery company and you will be responsible for purchasing a replacement product.

(3) If the package is in good condition, but the product was significantly damaged during transportation, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc. and contact us (info@icancycling.de) within 7 days of delivery .

If the shipment is lost in transit, please contact us immediately ( info@icancycling.de ).

    Returns and Exchanges

    The return policy only applies to customers who place an order on the website. If the product you received does not match your order, do not use the product and contact our customer service team ( info@icancycling.de ).

    If a return and refund is granted, it will be subject to the following conditions unless otherwise agreed with ICAN Cycling:

    1. The product will be returned within 30 days from the date of original purchase.
    2. The product is resalable; in the original packaging, unused and unassembled.
    3. The product will be damaged by uncontrollable factors during the transportation process.
    4. Please refer to your delivery note for this Fill out the return form , and include it with the item you want to return or exchange.

    A notice: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both returning the original and shipping the exchanged item. However, there is no restocking fee.

    Custom-made products, out-of-stock products or other special items (discontinued goods or factory second goods, etc.) can only be exchanged with the approval of ICAN.

    • Items returned for a refund or exchange are subject to review by the returns team.
    • The product will be damaged by uncontrollable factors during transportation. Please contact us within 3 business days and show us as much evidence, photos, videos, etc as possible. We support return or replacement.
    • New items or repaired items will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the items for exchange.
    • We will process the refund for the item within 3 business days of receiving the items.
    • As soon as acceptance of the package is refused for personal reasons, the customer will bear the freight costs incurred during transport.

    If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons, you must bear the corresponding costs. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with the return:

    (1) 10% of the original purchase value (at least EUR 50). Filling and renovation invoiced.

    (2) Shipping costs, customs duties, customs duties and other fees, unless otherwise stated in the warranty conditions.

    • If the products you purchased were shipped from China

    You must pay for return shipping and applicable shipping costs. Shipping costs in different countries may be different, please contact your customer sales for the specific cost details.

    • If the products you purchased were shipped from an overseas warehouse

    Additional regulations for refunds:

    • Once we have approved your refund request, we will promptly process your refund within five business days
    • The amount of the refund is based on the amount in EUR that we actually received, and we are not responsible for any exchange rate losses caused by the customer's refund process.

    Customs and duties fees
    We will do our best to avoid taxes and fees for our overseas customers, including using prepaid customs shipping in areas that allow us to do so, etc. Please check with our sales team for details before ordering to determine if this is something that is applicable concerns you. Despite it; All duties, fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, we will deduct any necessary charges before issuing your remaining refund. These charges may include (but are not limited to) the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, restocking fee, etc.
