Shipping from Germany warehouse

Normally we ship the item with the DPD shipping service, it takes 2-3 working days in Germany and costs about a week to EU countries. Customers don't need to pay taxes, the price includes taxes.

Shipping from China warehouse

Sometimes some products are out of stock in German warehouse, then we ship from China warehouse, it takes a little longer, about 15 working days, customers don't need to pay taxes. The price includes taxes.

Lead time

Your items will usually be shipped from the warehouse in Germany within 1-2 days of ordering. Out of stock items may take longer.

Dealing with damaged items

1. When you receive a package, it is best to open it and check for damage before signing for it. Carefully inspect the wheels or frame for damage, especially if the crate looks like it was handled roughly during transport. If there is no damage, you can sign the product. If damage does occur, you must note this on the delivery note. Alternatively, you can refuse the shipment and it will be returned to ICAN. ICAN will rearrange shipping within 7 business days of receiving the returned package. If you sign for the package and do not report any damage, we will not be able to contact the delivery company and unfortunately you would be responsible for purchasing a replacement product.

2. If you have not checked the product after receiving it, but the product was significantly damaged, please contact us within 7 days of signing and keep the original waybill, packing boxes, etc. The return request must be submitted by the customer. The shipping company provides the customer with a compensation number. Please provide us with the compensation number for tracking purposes.
