Return and Exchange
The return policy only applies to customers who order on the website. If the product you received does not match your order, do not use the product and contact our customer service team (debby@icancycling.com).
If a return and refund is granted, it will be subject to the conditions set out below unless otherwise agreed with ICAN Cycling:
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both returning the original item and shipping the exchanged item. However, there is no restocking fee.
Custom orders, out-of-stock products or other special items (discontinued items or factory seconds, etc.) may only be exchanged with the approval of ICAN.
If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons, you must bear the corresponding costs. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with the return:
(1) 10% of the original purchase value (at least EUR 50) will be charged for re-storage and refurbishment.
(2) Shipping costs, customs duties, duties and other fees, unless otherwise stated in the guarantee conditions.
If the products you purchased were shipped from China,
you must pay the return freight and the shipping costs incurred for transport. Shipping costs may vary in different countries. Please contact your customer sales representative for exact cost details.
If the products you purchased were shipped from a warehouse abroad

Additional Refund Policy:
Once we have approved your refund request, we will promptly process your refund within five business days.
The refund amount is based on the EUR amount we received, and we are not responsible for the exchange rate loss caused by the customer's refund process.
Customs & Customs Fees
We will do our best to avoid taxes and fees for our overseas customers, including using prepaid customs shipping in areas where we are permitted to do so, etc. Please check with our sales team for details before ordering if this is relevant to you. Regardless, all duties, fees and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct any necessary fees before issuing you the remaining refund. These charges may include (but are not limited to) original shipping charges, return shipping charges, restocking fee, etc.

Any products or photos with cracks or damage must be sent to the ICAN factory for analysis. If the frame or rims are damaged or cracked due to excessive owner abuse, the warranty on these parts will be void. However, ICAN may offer a discount for the spare parts.

Crash Replacement Policy
The Crash Replacement Policy covers accidental falls or misuse, such as: B. large jumps or falls, accidents, falling rocks, etc.

Discount: 15% off the retail price.
Conditions:
The standard crash replacement policy is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Any problem with the product replaced under warranty must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the replacement product, otherwise the replacement will be deemed completed. The warranty period applies from the original purchase date and does not begin again with a replacement rim.
